Tell five, ten, quarter past and half past times a on the hour.
Carry out a role-play conversation using phrases about time.

Talk about the difference about traditional and digital time and express their preferences about each one.
Play miming game about the time. Teacher will assign a number to each group and they will tell a time students have to make with their bodies. 12 students will be the hour and the other 12 will be the minutes. If there are not students will share hour and minutes.

3. - Students create a dialogue and practice it with a partner. As soon as they feel prepared, they present the dialogue in front of their partners
4.- Students listen and unscramble sentences to form a conversation and highlight the phrases to accept invitations and decline invitations
5. - Students will demonstrate ways to extend, decline, accept invitations, places around town and conjugation of the verb to go.

"AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES" "Leisure Activities"
Class at a glance: This is a 2-3 weeks unit “after school activities (leisure activities) is subdivided in 3 different subtopics: where do you go and what do you do after school, asking why questions about places (whom, where, what time, when, how often) and extending and declining invitations. Depending of the group and their language proficiency as well as engagingness on the topic the vocabulary and grammar will be simplified. This topic will also include some reading related to Hispanic Community Leisure Activities and holidays related to it. Students will be able to talk about their own lesire activities and those of friends and family. Also they will express preferences about places and activities after school and during vacations.

Conjugating regular present tense verbs:
Objectives:
1.- I can talk about Spanish verb conjugation
2.- I can identify Spanish verbal Conjugation rules
3.- I can conjugate 'ar' 'er' 'ir" verbs in Spanish
4.-I can compare Spanish and English languages grammar
All Spanish verbs end with either –ar, -er or –ir in their infinitive forms. The infinitive form is the verb without a subject or tense. In English it translates as “to + verb”. EXAMPLE: “hablar” means “to talk/speak”
• You conjugate an infinitive verb to make it match the subject.
• To conjugate a regular present tense verb you:
1. Drop the –ar, -er or –ir ending of the verb.
2.. Verify the subject pronoun
3. Add the ending that matches the subject.
